Shaker Mill is a contemporary cocktail bar located at the entry to downtown Santa Barbara in the dynamic Lower State Street neighborhood. Our open-air design is inspired by Old World Cuba as well as the relaxed vibe of coastal California. Reflective of Santa Barbara’s reputation as one of the country's finest agricultural producers, the beverage program features market fresh Cuban style patio cocktails along with a small list of California craft beers and local, natural wines.
